What metal are our bracelets made of?
Nearly all of our bracelets are made of Rhodium. Rhodium is of the Titanium family metal. Rhodium is mainly used in the medical and scientific field . Rhodium is used to construct the tips of medical instruments and the metal plates on microscopes because it is a non-tarnishing metal.
What does it mean that the bracelet or ring is 'stretchy'?
It means just that! Each of these bracelets or rings have a stretchy strong banding inside, to make these bracelets and rings one size fits all! No sizing required! Makes it EASY for gift giving!
Do you ever have Backorders?
Due to high demand of some of our bracelets, sometimes we have backorders...this just means that the manufacturer can't make our cute bracelets quick enough! We will give you the option to await a backorder or replace your backordered item with one in likeness. Be patient...our stuff is worth the wait ;)!
Do you have a guarantee on your products?
Absolutely! If you have a issue with one of our products, please let us know and we will get it corrected at once.
When will my order ship?
All of our orders ship out withing 5-7 business days. The only exceptions to this policy is during the last part of September when we do our inventory and the week after Christmas when we are closed for vacation times. During these two times, it may take a little longer to get your order shipped out to you.
