Your card or e-check payment will not be charged until the day before or day of shipping. With Paypal payments, we do not process these payments, we just accept them, so they will be processed according to Paypals rules. If for any reason your credit card, e-check or Paypal payment is declined, this will delay the processing of your order. We will send you an email to resolve this error. We check our emails twice daily, morning at evening. Once we received the corrected information to process your order, we will re-process your order.

Shipping Policy

Our orders ship via USPS, First-Class, unless otherwise requested and additional fees are paid. We rarely have a problem with shipping, however occasionally the US Postal Service will make mistakes. We cannot be responsible for a package once it ships. If a package is mis-shipped by the US Postal Service, a tracking will need to be filed by the recepient (the customer).  Orders will usually ship within 7-10 "business" days of receipt of cleared payment, if product is in stock. Our business days are Monday-Friday. We do ship internationally for additional shipping fees. If orders are placed after 12/20, please allow until first Monday after Christmas for your items to ship. All shipping costs are added after order is placed. Paypal payments will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs.

Order Substitutions and/or Backorders
From time to time, we are out of stock on items. When this happens, we will notify you at once to let you know that a backorder has occured on your item. We will do our best to fill these backorders and we will suggest an item that is simular to the item you are ordering. If you do not respond, your order will be cancelled.

Order Cancellations for Jewelry (NOT Consultant Kits)
If for any reason, you place an online order for jewelry (not including consultant kits) with us and cancel it, you will be charged a $7.00 cancellation fee plus a 20% restocking fee. The reason for this fee is because for each order ran through our merchant credit card account and our PayPal merchant account, we are charged fees. If you cancel your order with us, we are charged double. Once to run your order, and once to refund your order. We are very fair on our pricing and keep our pricing lower than any others on the web, so it's important that you know when you are placing your order that you are entering into a commitment with us on that order. This policy is not subject to change.

No Order Cancellations for on Consultant Kits
Order Cancellations on Consultant Kits are not permitted. All Sales are FINAL. You are entering into an agreement to see and represent Faithfulgurlz.com products. We offer our Consultant Kits at VERY discounted pricing and our kits are personalized and packaged for each individual consultant. We make a faithful commitment to you and want you to do the same with us in return when purchasing one of our kits.


Refund Policy
If you are needing a refund from Faithful Gurlz, our policy is as follows. If you paid us by credit card, credit card refunds are done through our merchant credit card company. This process takes a minimum of 7-14 business days. This is not our policy, it is the policy of our merchant credit card company. If you paid us through PayPal, it takes a minimum of 4-10 business days. This is not our policy, it is the policy of PayPal. If you paid us via check, your check must first clear our bank, which takes a minimum of 4-10 days. Once we verify your check has cleared, we will then send you a refund via US Mail to the address you provided.

Return Policy
We have a guarentee on all of our jewelry and accessories if it is defective. Our jewelry is made of the utmost quality and is tested for durability. Because most of our bracelets and rings are stretchy, we cannot guarentee the inner stretch elastic of them. Although they are one size fits all, everyone handles our bracelets an rings. One person could handle them more assertively than another. Therefore we cannot replace bracelets or rings that the elastic breaks on. If you have another part of your jewelry or accessories that defectively breaks, you must contact us to receive a return authorization prior to any return.  Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of order.  Merchandise must be in new condition and original packaging from Faithful Gurlz.  We do not issue cash refunds, we will only issue credit for another item or a replacement item within 14 days, For orders that were shipped, We only refund shipping charges if we made an error in your order.
